These days, music enters our lives almost exclusively through pop culture. But throughout history, music has played a more significant role than mere entertainment.
Music (songs especially) has been a cornerstone of every social, religious, political and ideological movement. It brings people together for a common purpose and inspires them to action.

In the same spirit, we invite you to compose your own original songs, record them, and submit them to our Music Contest.

Songs should relate to one of the following themes, depending on your adopted campaign:
- War-Affected Children: Peace
- Tsunami Relief: Unity
- Chimpanzees:
All three themes have a rich tradition in song, especially in the 20th century. We encourage you to explore them (starting with the links to the left) and contribute your own.
Your original song can fit into any genre, including but not limited to: Country, Classical, Folk, Hip Hop/ Rap, Pop, Rock, and Vocal.
For the current pilot phase, chapters may submit as many entries as they would like. |
